What is CalSavers?

A truly unprecedented undertaking, CalSavers is expected to impact 300,000 small businesses across the state of California by the time it has completed its full implementation on June 30, 2022. As official legislation signed into existence by the state of California in 2019, the law requires small business owners with 5 or more employees to provide retirement plans for their employees, if a plan wasn’t previously available.

What does CalSavers mean for your business? What sort of penalties are to be expected for non-compliance? And most importantly, what different options do you have as a small business owner moving forward?

Join this workshop to get your questions answered. Don’t miss this deep dive into the program specifics, including the list of options and steps that should be taken by small business owners across the state.
