An MVP is a “Minimum Viable Product” and is your product or service with enough features to attract early-adopter customers in order to validate the product or service early in its life cycle.

Before spending time and resources writing a business plan, spending money or guessing about whether there will be customers for your business, you need to plan and evaluate.

Join us for three Wednesday sessions over three weeks

This three session training will help you take your ideas, prototype them, validate or learn from them and become a more efficient early stage entrepreneur.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Types of MVPs
  • Keys and barriers to success

  • How to maneuver startup stages and overcome typical challenges
  • How to validate the problem/solution
  • Prototyping and testing your product or service
  • Metrics to measure and achieve market fit for your product or service
