About Me:
Mani has decades of experience in the food industry and is a chef, baker, and entrepreneur who founded two successful bakery-cafes in Los Angeles. He is a former Executive Chef for national wholesaler, Just Desserts, and is an author of four cookbooks.
As a hands-on food R&D (research and development) chef, he has worked with start-ups entering the food industry to the creation of bench samples for nationally known brands.
His second cookbook Covered in Honey led to creating an awareness for the plight of bees and their honey. He is a regular contributor to the UC Davis Honey and Pollination Center.
