Nathan Niebergall is a third-generation entrepreneur and real estate professional. A graduate from San Francisco State University’s Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship program, Nathan founded two successful businesses in the food and beverage industry in San Francisco. He grew his businesses to include clients like Google, Levi’s, and Outside Lands Music Festival, among others.
Nathan began his Real Estate career with Sotheby’s International Real Estate. Specializing in residential sales and development, he had several high-profile sales in San Francisco and Marin County, including the sale of legendary architect Henry Gutterson’s St. Francis Wood estate.
His current focus is commercial investment sales, commercial and residential development, restaurant sales, and retail leasing.
Nathan has over 15 years of experience in client relations, having worked with Architectural and Development firms, small business owners, and executives from international and local companies.
