Sandra is a visionary, bi-lingual leader who understands entrepreneurship and small business. She founded a value- based consulting business, Beaton Global Connections, and was raised working in a small family business near Chicago now celebrating 47 years in business.

She has 20+ years in Consumer Packaged Goods, Food& Beverage, Wholesale/Retail, Hospitality, Restaurant, Tourism, Wine & Spirits and Technology industries.

She completed the Executive Leadership Program at Thunderbird School of Global Management and has extensive experience in international living and business.
