About the Instructor

Sonoma SBDC Business Advisor Adriana Lopéz Vermut was the owner of Pica Pica Arepa Kitchen in Napa, which she grew to three locations.

Her business was recognized on the Food Network with Guy Fieri on “Diners, Drive In’s, and Dives.”

Adriana has extensive experience opening food businesses, managing operations, and marketing, developing different channels to monetize the concept, with sales in a store, on the Internet, farmer’s markets, delivery and catering.
