Dr. David Chen is the owner of a small business for real estate services and property management. David is active in the Santa Rosa community.

After receiving his Ph.D. degree in computer engineering, David was in the data networking industry for over 15 years holding various positions from software designer, Director of systems engineering, to Vice President of marketing in a multinational company. He moved to Santa Rosa in 2000. David and his wife have two adult children and one grandchild. David is bilingual and speaks Mandarin.
